Job Description:
The Director, Enrollment Management provides administrative oversight, leadership, and guidance to Recruiting, Admissions, and the Contact Center; oversees enrollment, retention, and completion campaigns and the development, implementation, and assessment of yearly and multi-year recruitment plans; coordinates with deans and department heads on the development of the recruiting plan to ensure that the recruiting plan meets the needs of each department and program; works with the College Recruiters on scheduling campus tours for prospective students; and collaborates with the Coordinator, Student Job Placement to ensure the retention and completion of students placed in internships and co-op experiences. This position tracks program enrollment to make recommendations to the Associate Vice President, Student Affairs and Vice President, Academic and Student Affairs regarding programs to market; and collaborates with Marketing to develop approved billboards and other marketing materials for specific programs as well as general enrollment campaigns. Reports to the Associate Vice President, Student Affairs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a regionally-accredited institution with a Master’s degree. Three years of full-time experience in recruiting, admissions, advising, or other related areas. Successful results of the criminal background check are required.
Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.
SALARY RANGE: $42,230.00 - $50,000.00
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Doctoral degree or significant graduate credit in areas such as higher education administration, leadership, or management.
